  • The identity of our company, our investigators, and our employees must not be disclosed by the client before, during, or after the course of investigation. This obligation is mutual and binding on both parties

  • With your explicit written consent: We may share information you expressly authorise us to share (e.g., with your legal counsel or family member)

5. Investigation data, reports, and evidence

All investigation reports, photographs, videos, surveillance logs, and supporting evidence compiled during an engagement are proprietary work product of NestWatch Detectives. These materials are subject to strict usage restrictions set out in our Terms of Service.

  • Investigation reports and evidence are delivered exclusively to the named client specified in the signed work order
  • Reports and evidence may not be reproduced, shared, published, submitted in legal proceedings, or used in any manner without our prior written consent
  • Data pertaining to third parties (subjects of investigation) is collected only through lawful means and is handled with particular care given its sensitive nature
  • We retain case files and investigation records for a period of five (5) years from the date of case closure, after which they are securely destroyed

6. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

  • Restricted access to client files on a need-to-know basis within our organisation
  • Encrypted digital storage for all electronic case files and communications
